性能及应用

本(ben)品主(zhu)要以石(shi)(shi)油焦、煤沥(li)青做结合剂,经煅烧、配料、混捏、压(ya)型(xing)、焙烧、石(shi)(shi)墨化(hua)、机(ji)加(jia)工而制成,是在电(dian)弧炉(lu)(lu)中以电(dian)弧形式释(shi)放电(dian)能对炉(lu)(lu)料进行(xing)加(jia)热熔(rong)化(hua)的(de)导体(ti),本(ben)公司(si)生产(chan)电(dian)极为炭电(dian)极石(shi)(shi)墨化(hua)产(chan)品、适用于金(jin)属(shu)硅、铁(tie)合金(jin)等矿热炉(lu)(lu)冶炼生产(chan)。

应用行业

电极是超高温导电材料,主要(yao)用于生产(chan)工业硅、铁合金(jin)、黄磷、电石等的矿热电炉作为导电材料。

自从二十(shi)世纪八十(shi)年(nian)代以(yi)来,由于我(wo)国基建规模不断加大,采用(yong)(yong)矿热(re)(re)炉冶(ye)炼(lian)黄(huang)磷(lin)、电(dian)(dian)(dian)石、铁合(he)金(jin)(jin)、工业硅等工业发(fa)展(zhan)很快,尤其是进入九十(shi)年(nian)代以(yi)后,发(fa)展(zhan)更加迅速。由于传(chuan)统炭(tan)(tan)电(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)(ji)的最终加热(re)(re)处理温度(du)约1100℃,而矿热(re)(re)电(dian)(dian)(dian)炉冶(ye)炼(lian)工业硅、黄(huang)磷(lin)、电(dian)(dian)(dian)石、铁合(he)金(jin)(jin)和电(dian)(dian)(dian)熔镁的使用(yong)(yong)温度(du)为1800~2200℃,在(zai)矿热(re)(re)电(dian)(dian)(dian)炉通电(dian)(dian)(dian)加热(re)(re)过(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中,达到1600~2000℃的温度(du)区间时(shi),传(chuan)统炭(tan)(tan)电(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)(ji)内含有(you)(you)的氮、硫和其他金(jin)(jin)属杂质(zhi)以(yi)气态(tai)形(xing)式逸出(chu),发(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)较严重的“晶(jing)涨”现象,致使电(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)(ji)产生(sheng)(sheng)裂(lie)纹,严重时(shi)造成电(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)(ji)在(zai)使用(yong)(yong)过(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中产生(sheng)(sheng)掉(diao)块或折断,影响矿热(re)(re)电(dian)(dian)(dian)炉冶(ye)炼(lian)生(sheng)(sheng)产。经过(guo)石墨化处理后的炭(tan)(tan)电(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)(ji)可避(bi)免此类现象,有(you)(you)效(xiao)防止(zhi)在(zai)使用(yong)(yong)过(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中的裂(lie)纹或掉(diao)块。
